Nature Connection Program Series (6 sessions): all sessions from 6:30pm – 8pm Eastern standard time
You can choose to register for 3 or 6 of these short programs. These week-day evening programs are designed to introduce a nature-connection practice that you can take outdoors on the weekend. We recommend that you attend the final program (as space permits) on the theme of forest as it is designed as a culminating experience.

About The Nature Connection Program Series (NCPS)
The Nature Connection Program Series (NCPS) is comprised of six 1.5 hr programs that have been designed with a focus in mind such as stone, water, sky and forest. The participants are guided through a series of activities to elicit calm, relaxation and creative thinking. These can be offered as a package of three or six programs. These short programs are ideal for people with limited time or who live with pain or fatigue.
